EPF Acquires 1.5691 Million Shares In Mah Sing





KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 6 (Bernama) -- The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has acquired 1.5491 million shares in Mah Sing Group Bhd, bringing its total shareholdings to 10 per cent.

Mah Sing is one of the most active developers in Malaysia, with a portfolio of 46 projects, of which 11 are completed.

The remaining 35 projects are at various stages of planning, infancy, growth and maturity, said Mah Sing in a statement here Friday.

Mah Sing has a high return on equity (ROE) of 15 per cent five-year average, and a 36 per cent five-year compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) in property revenue.

The Group has a remaining gross development value (GDV) amounting to RM26.4 billion.

This, coupled with unbilled sales of RM4.8 billion, represents total remaining GDV and unbilled sales of RM31.2 billion, providing growth and earnings visibility for at least the next six to eight years.
