PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Bhd announced that it has incorporated an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Sime Darby Real Estate Management Pte Ltd (SDREM), in Singapore on Dec 1.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Sime Darby said that SDREM, which provides property management services, was incorporated as a private company with limited liability.
Sime Darby said the incorporation is not expected to have a material effect on its earnings or net assets of for the year ending June 30, 2016.
