KUALA LUMPUR: MTD ACPI Engineering Bhd’s (MTD ACPI) wholly-owned unit, MTD Construction Sdn Bhd, has been awarded a RM142.69mil turnkey contract by AlloyMtd Palayan Inc.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Monday, MTD ACPI said the contract was for the design, construction and completion of Nueva Ecija Government Centre and Central Business Hub in Palayan City, Nueva Ecija, the Philippines.
“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets of MTD ACPI and its subsidiaries and would not have any effect on the share capital or shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of MTD ACPI,” it added. - Bernama
